Crystal Jade @ Terminal 3

On the first day of 2010, we visited Changi Airport Terminal 3! It was beautiful and very fun to walk around. There were a number of restaurants there and we ended up in Crystal Jade restaurant. Check out what we ate.

Here's 300g of live prawns cooked in Hua Diao wine. Looks good!

I had the pork ribs ramen. The pork ribs were good but the soup tasted rather 'porky' (??) and unlike the ones at the other Crystal Jade restaurants.
